Shipping & Delivery Policy
Most pieces in our collection are made to order, handcrafted specifically for you. To ensure the highest level of craftsmanship, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.
Items marked as Ready to Ship are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
During peak periods (November–December), production times may extend by 1–2 weeks.
Shipping Costs
We currently ship within the UK with free delivery.
International Inquiries
We welcome international orders. If you are located outside the UK, please contact us at info@orolajewellery.com with your location and desired item(s). We will provide a shipping quote and arrange delivery for you.
Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Methods & Security
Once your jewellery is ready, we use Royal Mail for all deliveries. For your peace of mind, every shipment is:
- Fully Insured: We cover the value of your piece from our studio to your door.
- High-Value Protection: Orders exceeding £2,500 receive additional third-party insurance to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Signature Required: To guarantee a secure handover, a signature is mandatory for all deliveries.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.
UK deliveries typically arrive within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
International deliveries may take 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Delivery Details
- Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If an incorrect address is provided, re-delivery charges may apply.
- Special Requests: If you have specific delivery requirements or deadlines, please contact us prior to dispatch at info@orolajewellery.com so we can do our best to accommodate you.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your order has been delivered and signed for, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location where someone can accept delivery.
Delivery Restrictions
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or military addresses at this time.
